I grew up near Lake Erie in northwestern Pennsylvania in the early 1960s and 1970s. I am retired and reside in south-central Pennsylvania, living in Amish country. Like any young boy, I was always captivated by knights in shining armor and Camelot. I had a love for history and anything medieval. And a couple of trips to Europe only stoked that flame.
With retirement providing loads of free time, I started writing books to keep myself busy and my mind active. With my love for medieval history always present, I began stories centering on the Middle Ages, trying to take well-known legends and myths and add a new twist.
Sprinkled with historical facts, I hope my stories will entertain, educate, and allow you to escape the real world, if only for a few hours.
The novel is a powerful exploration of a pivotal period in history, offering a dual perspective on the lives of the Indigenous people and the English settlers.
